As per Ad placement policies - AdSense we should not use ads as popups in blogger
or website.we should not put the ads such that accidental clicking of ads takes place.
so it is better not to use Google adsense as popups.Although you get money of it ,at
final stage of payment a verification might takes place and you might loose your
account.
