This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your  meal, but about Heart Attacks. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.

 For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this 'sludge' reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting . Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.

You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive.

Man of the Millennium

Mr.Kalayanasundaram worked as a Librarian for 30 years. Every month in his 30 year experience(service), he donated his entire salary to help the needy. He worked as a server in a hotel to meet his needs. He donated even his pension amount of about ten lakh rupees to the needy. He is the first person in the world to spend the entire earnings for a social cause. In recognition to his service, the American government honoured him with the ‘Man of the Millennium’ award. He received a sum of Rs 30 crores as part of this award which he distributed entirely for the needy as usual. Moved by his passion to help others, Super Star Rajinikanth adopted him as his father. He still stays as a bachelor and dedicated his entire life for serving the society. American Government has honored him but we Indians even don't know that such a personality exist amongst us. సంక్రాంతి లేదా సంక్రమణము అంటే మారడం అని అర్థం. సూర్యుడు మేషాది ద్వాదశ రాశులందు క్రమంగా పూర్వరాశి నుంచి ఉత్తరరాశిలోకి ప్రవేశించడం సంక్రాంతి. అందుచేత సంవత్సరానికి పన్నెండు సంక్రాంతులు ఉంటాయి. అయినా పుష్యమాసంలో, హేమంత ఋతువులో, శీతగాలులు వీస్తూ మంచు కురిసే కాలంలో సూర్యుడు మకరరాశిలోకి మారగానే వచ్చే మకర సంక్రాంతికి ఎంతో ప్రాముఖ్యం ఉంది. ఇది జనవరి మాసంలో వస్తుంది. మకర సంక్రాంతి రోజున, అంటే జనవరి 15 తేదీన సూర్యుడు ఉత్తరాయణ పథంలో అడుగుపెడతాడు. ఈరోజు నుంచి స్వర్గద్వారాలు తెరచి ఉంటాయని పురాణాలు పేర్కొన్నాయిsun భోగి, మకర సంక్రమణం, కనుమ, - ఈ మూడు రోజులూ పండుగే కనుక, దీన్ని పెద్ద పండుగ అంటారు. నిజానికి ధనుర్మాసారంభంతో నెల రోజులు మూమూలుగానే సంక్రాంతి వాతావరణం చలిచలిగా తెలుగునాట ప్రారంభమవుతుంది. ఆ నెల రోజులు తెలుగు పల్లెలు ఎంత అందంగా, ఆహ్లాదకరంగా అలరారుతూ ఉంటాయో చూసి తీరవలసిందే. బుడబుక్కలవాళ్లు, పగటివేషధారులు, రకరకాల జానపద వినోద కళాకారులు తయారవుతారు. ఈ పండుగకు దాదాపు నెలరోజుల ముందునుంచే - అంటే ధనుర్మాసం ఆరంభం నుండే - ప్రతీ రోజు తమ ఇళ్ళ ముంగిళ్ళను రంగవల్లులు, గొబ్బెమ్మ లతో అలంకరిస్తారు. ముగ్గులు వేయటానికి ప్రత్యేకంగా బియ్యపు పిండిని వాడతారు. కళ్లం నుంచి బళ్ల మీద ధాన్యం బస్తాలు వస్తూ ఉంటాయి. భోగినాడు భోగిమంట విధిగా వేయవలసిందే. ఆ సాయంత్రం పేరంటంలో పిల్లలకు భోగిపళ్లు తప్పవు. ఈ పెద్ద పండుగకు కొత్త అల్లుడు తప్పనిసరిగా అత్తవారింటికి వస్తాడు. మరదళ్ల ఎకసెక్కాలకు ఉడుక్కుంటాడు. కోడి పందాలు, ఎడ్ల బళ్ళ పందాలు జరుగుతాయి. ఇవన్నీ సంక్రాంతి పండు
